Processing of your complaints and returns


Dear Customer,

we always strive to supply you with flawless goods. Unfortunately, complaints or returns of goods can never be completely ruled out.


1. Fill in the form
BEFORE you return the item to us, we kindly ask you to fill out the form below. Please indicate the reason for your return.

2. Return note
You will then receive a return slip from us with instructions on how to return the goods or have them ready for collection.

3. Pack the goods
Please pack the parts in their original packaging and label them with our item number.

4. Send the package back to us. / If necessary, we will arrange for collection.


After receipt of the goods, we will immediately initiate processing.

We ask for your understanding that we cannot accept returned goods without a return note.

We charge a handling fee or storage costs of up to 30% of the net value of the goods, but at least 10 euros, for returns for reasons for which the customer is responsible.
