Orders placed through the webshop are prioritised. For shipments within Germany, the shipping fee is waived regardless of the order value. This applies to standard parcel shipments weighing up to 31.5 kg and measuring up to 2 metres in length.
In-stock items are usually dispatched on the same day the order is received. Please note our order cut-off times for same-day dispatch.*
For international shipments, times depend on the destination country. A detailed overview of shipping methods, conditions, and delivery times can be found in our current Shipping and Delivery Terms.
* This applies to orders for trade goods, excluding hose assemblies and goods sold by the metre. For large orders, please confirm by phone.

Back to topAfter handing over your shipment to the logistics provider, our shipping system automatically sends an email with a tracking link and the delivery note attached as a PDF. This allows you to track the current status of your shipment at any time.

To ensure smooth processing, please follow these steps:

2. Return LabelYou will receive a return label from us with instructions for return shipping or collection.
3. Pack the GoodsEnsure items are packed in their original packaging and labelled with our article number.
4. Return the Package to UsIf applicable, we will arrange collection of the goods.
Once we receive the goods, processing will begin immediately. Returns without a return label cannot be accepted. For returns due to customer-related reasons, we charge a processing fee or storage costs of up to 30% of the net goods value, with a minimum charge of €10.
