1. Delivery Options for Ordered Items with Metre Goods

Our hose goods can be delivered in pieces or on multiple reels. Dimensional deviations occur within the scope of customary trade tolerances (+/- 10%) in accordance with §2 (2) of the Terms and Conditions.

Please note the following points when placing your order:

• Orders without specifications for the desired cutting length: The goods will be delivered in the available quantity, possibly on multiple reels. The delivery quantity may deviate by +/- 10% from the ordered quantity.
• Orders with "minimum length specifications": If possible, the ordered quantity will be delivered in one piece. Under-delivery is excluded, but over-delivery may occur.
• Orders with "fixed length specifications": The goods will (if possible) be delivered in fixed lengths in one piece. Additional costs of €2.00 per cut will be charged.
• Orders with "in one piece": The goods will be delivered in one piece. The delivery quantity may deviate by +/- 10% from the ordered quantity.

2. Specify Delivery Length

You can specify the desired minimum or fixed length during the ordering process as follows:

1. Add the desired product to the shopping basket.
2. Go to the shopping basket.
3. Click on Details.




4. Enter the desired delivery length.




5. Click on Save.

The specified delivery length will then be included in your order.
